Foundation for Attachment Course

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday, repeating until 18th November 2019
Families for Children are running an attachment-based course for parents of adopted children. Dr Jess Parffrey, clinical psychologist will be co-facilitating this course with a social worker from Families for Children. This course is based upon Kim Golding’s Foundations for Attachment Programme and will be run over 8 weeks (excluding school holidays). It focuses on how to parent children who have relationship difficulties, especially those who have experienced attachment problems, trauma, loss and/or separation early in their life.
The dates for the course are Monday 23rd September, Monday 30th September, Monday 7th October, Monday 14th October, No session during half term, Monday 28th October, Monday 4th November, Monday 11th November, Monday 18th November.
The course will be from 10.30am – 1.30pm at Families for Children, Higher Mill, Buckfast, Devon. TQ11 0EE
