Foundations for Attachments Course

A group for adoptive parents -8 sessions run by Dr Jess Parffrey, Clinical Psychologist starting on 13th May.
Dr Jess Parffrey, Clinical Psychologist, is running an attachment-based course for parents of adopted children. This course is based upon Kim Golding’s Foundations for Attachment Programme and will be run over 8 weeks (excluding school holidays). It focuses on how to parent children who have relationship difficulties, especially those who have experienced attachment problems, trauma, loss and/or separation early in their life.
The dates for the course are the 13th and 20th May; 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th June, 1st and 8th July 2019. The course will be from 10.30 am – 1.30 pm at Families for Children, Higher Mill, Buckfast, Devon TQ11 0EE.
