FFC Patrons cook up a storm at the Exeter Food Festival

Families for Children were pleased to take part in this years’ Exeter Festival in continuing their campaign to raise awareness about the need for potential adopters to come forward in the Exeter area.

The Annual Food Festival which enjoyed more than 10,000 visitors across the weekend was a huge success and was extra special as they were celebrating 10 years! The event, held at Exeter Castle, boasted a huge sample of locally produced food from more than 100 Westcountry producers and attracted over 30 top chefs. The festival featured live cookery demonstrations, workshops and live music along with an abundance of food stalls to tempt.

Our very own patrons Michael Caines (who co-founded the event) and Caroline Quentin were on hand to launch the festival with style.

A big thank you to them both for supporting the event.
